Happy "Valinch"-tine's Day!!! 2/11/23
If you know Mateo’s Malts, you know we are big fans of Bruichladdich and the floral & malty flavors of the raw spirit. Our trip in September to the homeland was fabulous, and the distillery smelled of barley goodness…so, for Valentine’s Day, we have some hand filled valinches (smaller, 500ml bottles hand-filled in the shop) for your tasting pleasure. See how the spirit morphs between casks that held bourbon, Portuguese wine, Spanish wine, and sherry. We also have a special 26yr old Bruichladdich valinch that was finished in a French Guigal Condrieu wine cask. My goodness! Come meet Simon, Ashley, Christy, The Budgie, and the sherry cask bottled by Duncan for the Middle White Pig Society! By the way, all unpeated… 😉 The event price is $100 per person, and the event will take place in person in Dallas. Limit of 12 participants.
