Join us for our first Japanese Whisky tasting! We found fabulous whiskies from our recent trip to Japan. Hakusku, Mars Tsunuki, Kanosuke, and Chichibu make delicious spirits with techniques that are unique to Japan like mizunara oak and sake cask maturation, shochu fermentation techniques, and wood-fired stills.
